I already posted the PS22’s original cover of Owl City’s “Fireflies” a few weeks ago, but somehow ITHACAPELLA (from my alma mater, Ithaca College) managed to head down to Staten Island to sing with the chorus. Awesome. So here it is again. (Thanks, Tim!)

You probably remember watching “The Dinosaurs” when you are a kid, but do you remember how the series ended? In this final episode of the series, “Changing Nature,” the Dinosaurs cause a series of events leading to doomsday and the extinction of all dinosaurs…and this is dad dinosaur’s Earl Sinclair’s speech, which concludes the show. WTF. So damn depressing.

I have been watching goat videos for the past 4 days. I wake up, eat an egg, watch 3 goat videos, go to work, watch a goat video, come home, force-feed Manfred, my foie gras goose, eat an egg, watch 3 goat videos, go to sleep and dream about goat videos.

A few years ago, my good friend Dan Shott happened to press “record” during Nick Gas upon seeing a particularly geeky looking kid at the beginning of an episode of “Get The Picture” on Nick Gas. What unfolded was the greatest episode of TV in the history of mankind. This is the most unintentionally funny episode ever, and my roommates and I have made it a tradition to (drunkenly) watch this episode at least once a month. And yes, we have every line memorized and quote along. It’s like Rocky Horror Picture show for drunks.
The Highlights: The kid falling for EVERY trick question (“Australia?” “Meteors?”). Every one of Mike O’Malley’s awkward turns of phrase and jokes that fall flat. And the amazing hand motion the kid does at 15:35, which has been dubbed the: “Fist Pump Down Up Down Double Tap Jerk Off Arsenio Swoop to Rejected High Five”
