If you ever played Final Fantasy VII, you’ll remember the gigantic buster sword that Cloud wielded throughout the game. Well….some guy made one, and it turns out that carrying a sword taller than your frickin’ body is a whole lot more difficult than the videogames make it look.

This is a master class in stand-up. Extremely revealing and enlightening. Definitely a must-see if you have the time.

Japan Rail announced a commercial shoot from their soon-to-be-opened southern bullet train line, and people all over Japan gathered along the railway to wave at the passing train. This beautiful video is a collective piece of artwork, and it’s this kind of thing that makes me love human beings.

You might not realize just how much of Hollywood TV and film production is created in the editing bay through the use of compositing and greenscreens. This “Stargate Studios Virtual Backlot Reel 2009” will amaze you with how much greenscreens are actually used. Cool stuff.
