Choose Your Own Adventure — in video form!

This is really innovative. Some guy made the video equivalent of a Choose Your Own Adventure book. It’s a branching path video series, where you help him find his cat Sparta. There are 64 potential videos in the story. In order to do it properly, you have to go to the YouTube page for this video so you can see the “Video Responses” — which you click to make your choices.

A few years ago, a guy named Matt traveled all around the world and videotaped himself dancing in some of the most remote, beautiful places in the world. The video he edited together became a huge YouTube hit, and was friggin awesome. Well, Matt just released a follow-up to his hit video, this time sponsored by Stride Gum, and it’s even cooler:

A Tribute to George Carlin

My favorite comedian, George Carlin, died last night, and my immediate reaction was: “Shit. Piss, fuck, cunt, cocksucker, motherfucker and tits.” I would write a long, sappy dedication to this great man, but I sure as hell know that George Carlin wouldn’t want that.
But I don’t think George would mind me doing a little tribute to him here on Pie Heaven with some of his best comedy routines. (He also wouldn’t mind that I blatantly stole this post from Mashable.) Because if there was any one trait that defined George Carlin, it was that he didn’t give a shit. About anything. And that’s why he was one of the coolest motherfuckers on the planet.
REST IN PEACE, GEORGE CARLIN, YOU SON OF A BITCH!
