You may recognize this song from the opening of The Big Lebowski. I stumbled across this video of the Sons of Pioneers performing back in the yesteryear, and it’s a mighty purty song. Enjoy.

A balalaika is some lame-ass stringed instrument that does not sound good at all. At least when this kid plays it. But I also found this super-intriguing to watch.

My friends Chris Cucci, Chris Burt and Sarah Justine Woodhouse produced this short documentary about buskers in New York City for their senior thesis project at Ithaca College. It’s really awesome, and is currently getting entered in various competitions. Watch and enjoy!

the role of a lifetime! the thing that gets me is that matt mc and oldman are supposed to be twins but they look like they’re at least 10 years apart, age-wise. that and they couldn’t get a real dwarf to play the part?
