So Cannibal Potluck (the comedy group I’m involved in that most of you are familiar with) has a chance to be on Comedy Central, but we NEED your help. Our video Flash Forward was picked up by Atom.com and is currently in a “showdown”. That means that if more people vote for our video then we get our shit aired on Comedy Central. So do your friends at Cannibal Potluck a solid and we’ll owe you a bacon dinner. Come on, you know we’re good for it.
Go here to vote: http://www.atom.com/showdown/ and spread the good word to anyone you can. But hurry, there’s less than 4 days left.
One.

My friend Jesse and his band of merry misfits in the sketch comedy group Back of the Class are all assistants in Hollywood. So what else to do other than make a hip hop video about getting coffee for execs and constantly checking Perez Hilton? This is a pretty hilarious music video, especially if you’re an entertainment industry grunt in Hollywood like me and most of my friends. Enjoy!

“My friend Amanda had never seen a whole Star Wars film. When I asked her if she wanted to watch the original trilogy she said that she would, but that she already knew what happens. So I took out my voice recorder and asked her to start from the top.”
Star Wars: Retold (by someone who hasn’t seen it) from Joe Nicolosi on Vimeo.
This video is a big hit today — and it was made by Joe Nicolosi, and features Amanda, both friends from Ithaca College!

In case you didn’t know, I’ve been running a QBasic programming website since I was 13 years old, called Pete’s QBasic Site. It’s a really nerdy hobby, but my site is the biggest QB site on the Internet, still has an active community, and I just can’t give it up!
But enough about me. One of my cohorts, Jack Thomson of The QBasic Station made a music video about QB programming. It’s super geeky, but absolutely I love it:

Way back in 2003 on Ithaca College Television, there was a little comedy/variety show called 30 Minutes with Dave Ferguson, and at the time, it was undoubtedly the best show on the station. Among all the gold that Dave and company pumped out every week was this segment called Pizza Time with Dan Silver. It’s basically about how awesome pizza is…and it still ranks as one of the funniest things to ever air on ICTV.
I thought that Pizza Time had been lost and gone forever, like most old college TV productions, but today I stumbled across Dan Silver’s website, and was pleasantly surprised to find that all four episodes of Pizza Time are still around, and hilarious as ever! Check ’em out:
Episode 1:
Episode 2:
Episode 3:
Episode 4:

Because I know everyone who visits Pie Heaven is a Kyle Bosman fan, I’m violating the “viral only” rule. This is the story of two men who go insane.

As if there was any ever doubt that Middle School was the worst time in everybody’s life ever…
Dance on Friday is a genius comedy series written and produced by Kyle Bosman for Ithaca College Television. The show follows a group of middleschoolers (played by college students) in the week leading up to the school dance on Friday — and all the drama that unfolds. And hoo boy, does it unfold! This is a dark comedy, full of twists and turns, and plays out like The OC…only with Yu-Gi-Oh Cards, recess and MASH.
There are nine episodes total (each one ranging from 3 to 10 minutes). You can watch the complete series in the player below. (If the videos don’t play, that means you need to upgrade to the latest version of Flash Player which can support H.264 video encoding. If you don’t know what that means, just smile and nod, and then install the file at that link.)
