Shagged by a Rare Parrot

While shooting for a nature documentary, Stephen Fry and zoologist Mark Carwardine came across an incredibly rare parrot on the verge of extinction. And judging by its sexual preferences, there’s a reason why. (This is a popular video I’ve seen a few times, but after coming across it again, I felt like I just had to share it here on Pie Heaven!)

Rick Dees – Disgorilla

Last year, I posted a video of Rick Dees performing “Disco Duck”, a terrible novelty song that somehow got to #1 on the Billboard charts in 1976. Well, after his success, he tried to follow it up with an ape-themed sequel called Disgorilla. Suffice to say, this song did not reach the success of the original. It is, however, kinda awesome. LittleDog Robots one step closer to taking over the world

Some geeks at USC have developed LittleDog quadriped robots which can walk over all sorts of rough terrain. Also, if I know anything about creepy robots, I’m fairly certain they will shortly become self-aware and start destroying all humans.

Miss Capucine – Once Upon A Time…

A positively delightful story as told by a little French girl named Capucine. Starring baby monkeys lost in frightening trees, a witch, crocodiles, a tiger, a “popotamus” and a lion, and even a “tremendously very bad mammoth”. There are also magic powers and an orange ring, but sometimes, “something goes amiss”. Bring your popcorn and enjoy the show.

Organized Rhyme: The early ’90s Canadian rap group featuring a 17-year-old Tom Green

In early ’90s Ottawa Canada, Tom Green and two high school friends took over the Canadian hip hop scene with their dope beats. Awesome. I saw Tom Green perform some standup in LA last week at The Laugh Factory, and I’ve been on a Tom Green kick ever since. Enjoy a few early Tom Green gems:
