Canadian ingenuity

Here are a few clips from “Red Green,” one of the most popular shows in Canada. Every episode features the host Red Green creating crazy contraptions, with his brand of Canadian ingenuity and humor, and a whole lot of of duct tape. (Yeah, Red Green is his name, and yeah, he wears one red suspender and one green one.)
I’m not sure if this is funny because the show is actually funny, or because this is what Canadians think is humorous…
