Yessss. This is part of a project by two guys named Rhett and Link who created I Love Local Commercials, and are driving around the country creating free commercials for small businesses. So yes, this is a real local commercial, but it is definitely tongue-in-cheek humor and it was made bad completely intentionally. But I still enjoyed it!
