Big Dog robot walks over broken cinder blocks, scares children

Boston Dynamics is working on a four-legged walking robot that can adapt to all sorts of terrain — ice, snow, rocks — and can even get kicked over or slip on ice and recover. It’s also as creepy as hell:
I’m waiting for the day when Big Dog becomes self-aware and goes on a bloody, murderous rampage. I think I’m gonna go hide in my basement with my sawed-off shotgun for a few months.

The only drink that could possibly compete is NOS (short for Nitrous Oxide…the stuff they use to make cars drive 180mph through suburbia).
