Big Dog robot walks over broken cinder blocks, scares children

Boston Dynamics is working on a four-legged walking robot that can adapt to all sorts of terrain — ice, snow, rocks — and can even get kicked over or slip on ice and recover. It’s also as creepy as hell:
I’m waiting for the day when Big Dog becomes self-aware and goes on a bloody, murderous rampage. I think I’m gonna go hide in my basement with my sawed-off shotgun for a few months.

Skynet next or what? It looks awesome but sooner or later someone is going to want to put guns on it >_<. Bigdog… it looks more like a Smallhorse to me :P
